In June 2015, a Korean bank, Woori Bank, merged with Bank Saudara and as a result had to change all its indoor and outdoor signages, including those in the ATMs on its 127 branches across Java, Bali and Palembang, all needed to be implemented within 2,5 months after Digital HiRes won the pitch. The challenges varied between execution that can only be done after business hours, inter-party coordination following the merge and logistics (Digital HiRes had to develop a new survey system as the signages database for size and materials were incomplete, the signages needed different materials one another and the branches are mostly located in the rural areas). In addition to the printing and installing rollout, Digital HiRes was also responsible to standardize the color palette of the new bank logo using customized coloring and proof print.
